The Enemy Within

From the Investigative Project:

A Fairfax County Police sergeant who admits tipping off a terrorism suspect that he was under FBI surveillance also helped kill what had been a successful intelligence and terrorism-related training program within his police department.

Sgt. Weiss Rasool was sentenced to two years probation on April 22 after pleading guilty to illegally accessing a police database to run license tag numbers for a friend who thought he was being followed. Those tags traced back to FBI agents who had Rasool's acquaintance under surveillance as part of a terrorism investigation.

The Washington Post reported that Rasool cried during his sentencing and apologized for what he called "errors of judgment. But I never intended to put anybody's life at risk." The Post further reported:

"The target was arrested in November 2005, then convicted and deported, according to court filings in Rasool's case. Assistant U.S. Attorney Jeanine Linehan said that the target and his family were already dressed and destroying evidence at 6 a.m. when agents arrived to make the arrest, indicating that they had been tipped off."

Two years of Probation. Aiding and Abetting a terrorist gets a person 2 years of probation. How is this justice? Add to this the cessation of Counter Terrorism training and you have just what the enemy wants.

Though he pled guilty, prosecutors still complained that Rasool was not playing straight with them. They originally argued that Rasool deserved a sentenced at the low end of the federal guidelines. That changed after a defense sentencing motion cast his actions as a simple administrative oversight, and that had he submitted a relevant form, "it is possible the case would not be before the Court today." Prosecutors then argued Rasool was not taking responsibility for his actions, saying he even claimed not to remember tapping in to the federal database and that he initially denied knowing the suspect or calling him. He confessed only after hearing a recording of the call.

How does this justify anything? Had he submitted the right form he would have gotten away with it. This is insane.

Islamic Anchor in Europe

The islamists have gained a victory in Europe. For years they have flooded European nations with immigrants supposedly fleeing the oppression of islamic governments. They have moved into European cities and have been able to keep the islamic cultural identity and follow those same traditions. The result has been a loss of freedoms and a creation of fear for the citizens of those European nations. However, nothing can equal the recent declaration of Kosovo as an independant nation.

As I write this, there is an islamic nation in Europe forming. Just as the islamic nations in the Middle East and other areas, it is an economically and educationally depressed nation. If the numbers I hear are correct, there is 60% unemployment in Kosovo. There is no government in place. There is no potential for an economy to be in place. How can a nation develop without people working to fund it's government and build it's economy?

Unfortunately, my government has decided to recognize Kosovo as a legitimate nation. I don't know what strategy is being utilized here but it doesn't make sense. Is the US trying to appease other islamists and show them we don't believe that our cultures are different? If we are, this has failed before why would we attempt it again?

I can fully understand why the Serbians would be mad at us. It was American bombs that led to this. It was the cowardice and ineptitude of European nations that led to President William Clinton authorizing the bombing of Yugoslavia that setus on this path. It was the overhyped media and so-called Human Rights groups that claimed "genocide". In fact, it was the islamists that claimed they were being racially annihilated. After Mr. Clinton left office reports started coming out that this wasn't necessarily so. Once again America looked like it was fighting windmills.

Islam has now brought itself back into Europe. Kosovo will continue to have economic problems desoite all the money that will be coming in from Western nations. This will lead to the radical islamists stirring up religious and racial hatred. The islamists throughout Europe will then protest and riot within their current nations to force these governments to send even more money and aid. The violent downward spiral has begun.

Islam has the anchoe in Europe. Now the whole continent will feel the wrath of ignorant hate-filled people who want more freebies they feel they are owed. The European murer rate will increase. At the same time the stagnant economies will trend downward. All while the leaches of islam continue to suck the blood dry.

The Balkan problems predate the existenc of the United States. Unfortunately we are now just another cog in their internal battles. We have been utilized to bring "mohammed to the mountain".

Politics won't work

Gabi Sheffer has penned an oped indicating that Israel cannot win with occupation in Gaza. He comments on the fact that the IDF hasn't won a war in the last thirty tears. Although he probably differs with what I am about to say, he is correct in his assessment.

Occupation will not work. It has been proven time and again. Only the total defeat of the "palestinian" islamists can work. The IDF cannot resort to only coming up with plans to occupy it must come up with military plans to totally defeat the enemy. This means war in Gaza not occupation. As long as Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and Al Aqsa operate in Gaza then there will be no peace. The "palestinians" that live in the region have supported one or all of these groups therefore they are not without guilt.

Though Israel has not won a war in the last 30 years it is not the IDF's fault. A government that has allowed itself to be pushed around and eventually given in to world demands is to blame. Every time Israel has been on the verge of victory it has pulled back or withdrawn for one inane reason or another. It has allowed itself the false hope that the enemy really wanted peace and not war. It fooled itself into believing that the islamists actually could live next door to the children of Israel. Jew and muslim living side by side in peace despite the hatred the muslim has for the Jew. In short, insanity has ruled both the islamist and the Israeli government for quite some time.

The "palestinians" have been nothing but canon fodder for their arab/islamist brethren for quite some time. They have been the public reminder of arab/islamist failure over the last century or so. However they are a useful propaganda tool used against the guilt ridden, compassionate to a fault, western world. Enough is enough.

It's time to put an end to all of this. The "palestinians" are starving and dying because of their own lunacy, ignorance, and hatred. It's time to hold them responsible for their own actions. Americans and other western nations take full blame for their government's actions so therefore the Middle Eastern nations should be held to the same standard. When the world went to war in the 1940's the enemy was identified and the enemies were nations not just ideas.

We are not just at war with islam or terrorists. We are at war with Iran and Syria. Add in the nations that provide financial support to the terror groups in the region. In short, we are at war with the arab/islamist nations in the region. If there is to be true change then the arab/islamists who don't wish to be at war should be forced to announce this and deal with whatever internal turmoil it causes. Either declare friendship or prepare to be treated as an enemy.

Too many people are dying in the name of shuttle diplomacy and false hope. Either get to fighting or watch as more people die while politicians eat good meals. drink expensive wine, and travel the world achieving nothing while claiming hope for something that doesn't exist.

Will we ever truly pay attention?

Constantly increasing the elements in his fatwa against the West, Osama Bin Laden is at it again:

''The most evil of the traitors are those who trade away their religion for the sake of their mortal life,'' Bin Laden said.

How much more blatant does the man have to be. He is appealing to the true believers of islam. He is going to the crux of the mohammedan religion. Yet the free world still looks at him as if he were just the average run of the mill religious nut job. Some claim he is just manipulating a religion. Read the koran. You'll find everything he is saying is supported from the mohammedan "holy book".

What is he trying to do? Once again he has been telling us over and over yet the west likes to live in ignorance and denial:

''Our duty is to foil these dangerous schemes, which try to prevent the establishment of an Islamic state in Iraq, which would be a wall of resistance against American schemes to divide Iraq,'' he said.

So the Jews can't have a Jewish state but the islamists should be allowed to establish another islamic one. For those still in denial, and there are millions of you, we are in a religious war. Worse yet, we are in a war of faith. The islamists wish to take over every inch of land and control every idea that comes out of a persons head. This may seem like a bad script in B movie, but this is exactly what they want to do. This plot makes for good reads and action packed movies but what happens when someone actually wants to do this? People go into denial because it seems so far-fetched and unrealistic. That doesn't make it any less true.

Bin Laden and his followers, supporters, and fellow islamic co-religionists have stated that world domination of islam has been their goal from day one. There is nothing new about this. A nuclear bomb here and there and they can commence their takeover. Fear leads to chaos which leads to a higher desire for safety which leads to conversion. The conversion would keep a person alive. That is all Bin Laden needs. Most people would rather live as slaves than die free. They would rather their children grow up in a hostile environment than fight back, and possibly die, against these murderous thugs.

These islamists claim to love death more than life. Unfortunately, the western love for life is exactly that. The west doesn't truly care about freedom. You see that every day as courts and so called Human Rights Groups negate the responsibility that is required for true freedom. The modern view of freedom is nothing more than everything goes. Bin Laden and his ilk are exploiting this. The west is too stupid to see it.

To the Jews and my fellow Christians, open your eyes. Mohammedans do not worship the same G-d we do. The mohammedans idea of freedom is inconsistent with the free will we were given at creation. If the mohammedans are allowed to win then our children and grandchildren will live as slaves cursing our very existence.

It's time to fight back. Not only should the existing groups that have brought together Jews and Christians provide support for those who are presently suffering continuous attacks. It's time to fight back. It's time to face the fact we are in a war of faith and it is time to put that faith to work. Passivity in faith is worse than having no faith. Don't expect the leftists or the secularists to come to our defense. They are too busy trying to explain to themselves how everything is actually ok and that the bad guys are actually the good guys and vice versa. They're to busy living up to their generational motto of "I'm ok, you're ok".

What is the world prepared to do?

"The Palestinians are not our enemy and neither is Islam," said Peres. "Terror, violence and the alliance between religious fanaticism and nuclear weapons are our – and the world's – enemies."

This was said by Shimon Peres. This very idea is held by numerous politicians all around the world. It puts on display the ignorance and stupidity of politicians. By ignoring fact and grabbing hold of fantasy, these same politicians have kept the world at war. Terror is not an enemy it is a tactic chosen and successfully utilized by those who can't fight a real war.

The islamists have grasped the koran and believe with all their hearts that the Jews are infidels, pigs, and apes. The islamists believe that the defeat of the Jew will bring about the next caliphate and either allah or the 12th imam will reappear on earth. This is fact. By denying what these islamists have decalred over and over again shows the stupidity and the suicidal tendancies of the western world. The islamists do not think or act like us. They do not hold the same things dear that we do. Here's one for you: our culture is superior to the culture of the islamists. However, the only way to keep that so is to fight these people and kill them, wipe out this murderous culture. But that won't happen.

Do you want to hear some more stupidity from Shimon Peres? Here goes:

"We all have one God, and enriched uranium wasn't one of his commandments," said the president.

Yes we all have one G-d. However, the islamists don't believe in the G-d that the Jews and Christians do. That is obvious to a person that has only had a cursory read of the koran. If you spend any time at all reading and researching the koran and the hadiths you would be certain that allah is not G-d. Only a liar would claim allah and G-d are the same being.

Hey Shimon, G-d didn't mention anything about the combustible engine, silicon chips, or coca cola either. What about them? Islam is the religion that will and has created problems for the liberal western world. Freedom of religion is being challenged by a religion that wishes to dominate and control. This conflicts with the idea of an open society. This conflicts with freedom for all religions. What is the world prepared to do? Is it prepared to outlaw a religion in violation of it's own constitutions and laws? In order to survive and move forward it will have to. Yet, it won't.

The world will continue to treat islam like any of the other religions and will eventually succumb to it. Despite the truth sitting in front of them, world leaders will turn their head and blame poverty and the uneducated for the problem. Throw money at it and send these people to school and all that will change. What poppycock?

To Israel. With men like Peres, Olmert, and Barak representing you it's a wonder you're still around. To the rest of the free western world. It's time to pull your head out and face the problem. The answer is not pretty. The answer will not be one we like. However living as a slave to islamic jurisprudence is not something the founding fathers ever intended. Our laws are guidelines to live in a peaceful prosperous society. When these guidelines have been violated, the violator must be punished or eradicated. What are you prepared to do?

National Intelligence Estimate says.....

First off, here's a link to the NIE on Iran. (H/T to Debbie at Right Truth).
Now here is what you're not hearing or seeing in the news from the report:

We judge with high confidence that the halt lasted at least several years. (Because of intelligence gaps discussed elsewhere in this Estimate, however, DOE and the NIC assess with only moderate confidence that the halt to those activities represents a halt to Iran's entire nuclear weapons program.)

We assess with moderate confidence Tehran had not restarted its nuclear weapons program as of mid-2007, but we do not know whether it currently intends to develop nuclear weapons.

Tehran’s decision to halt its nuclear weapons program suggests it is less determined to develop nuclear weapons than we have been judging since 2005. Our assessment that the program probably was halted primarily in response to international pressure suggests Iran may be more vulnerable to influence on the issue than we judged previously.

Our assessment that Iran halted the program in 2003 primarily in response to
international pressure indicates Tehran’s decisions are guided by a cost-benefit
approach rather than a rush to a weapon irrespective of the political, economic, and military costs. This, in turn, suggests that some combination of threats of intensified international scrutiny and pressures, along with opportunities for Iran to achieve its security, prestige, and goals for regional influence in other ways, might—if perceived by Iran’s leaders as credible—prompt Tehran to extend the current halt to its nuclear weapons program. It is difficult to specify what such a combination might be.

F. We assess with moderate confidence that Iran probably would use covert facilities—rather than its declared nuclear sites—for the production of highly enriched uranium for a weapon. A growing amount of intelligence indicates Iran was engaged in covert uranium conversion and uranium enrichment activity, but we judge that these efforts probably were halted in response to the fall 2003 halt, and that these efforts probably had not been restarted through at least mid-2007.

First of all these are all maybe's and if's. The American Intel community hasn't been very reliable for the last three decades. However, if this is correct it is a bunch of nothing. There are no guarantees. It is pure speculation based on what?

I do have a serious question for the brainiacs out there. What international pressure was being put on Iran in 2003? To any of you researchers could you find this for me. The only pressure I remember is the toppling of the Iraqi regime that commenced in 2002. If I remember correctly no other pressure was out there that the Iranians would have any reason to fear. Why is it that it takes the average everyday Joe to remember stuff like this? Where are the news articles questioning this? Are there any ethical analytical journalists left?

No Substance

What do the Annapolis Conference, Ehud Olmert and Mahmoud Abbas have in common? None have any substance. What Annapolis lacked in direction Olmert and Abbas lack in character and vision. All three are nothing more than mere visual ploys for failed diplomacy. Both Mr. Olmert and Mr. Abbas have no control over their people. In Fact, they are nothing more than titled men. Neither can convince their people that what they are doing is for their betterment. Abbas has failed to control Hamas and other factions while Olmert must hide in his office from the Israelis. Annapolis put this all on stage for everyone to see.

Since 1948 Israel has been within it's rights in fending off Arab-Islamists attacks. It successfully defended itself against aggression and was able to capture land that made it easier for SIrael to defend herself. Over the last decade Israel has ceded or been willing to negotiate the giving away of that same land piece by piece. The little Jewish haven was able to beat back the massive Arab-Islamist enemy man only to lose the battle of propaganda. If you can't win the war, claim victim status and reject the label aggressor.

Tragically, the rest of the world, and certain Israeli politicians fell for this. Deception can be an affective tool against the enemy. Self deception, however, taints one's soul. Israel is in the process of deceiving itself and apparently, if Mr. Olmert is correct, doing so gleefully. Maybe I am the one deceiving myself. I refuse to believe that Mr. Olmert and his willful concessions are what the Israelis are willing to accept. I refuse to believe that the Israelis would rather live in fear and call it peace than fight for it's right to exist and prosper. I refuse to believe that Israel is willing to cease existing as Israel.

Historically, whenever Israel has turned it's back on G-d, it has been punished which has led to repentance. I hope that Israel repents before G-d inflicts punishment this time. While the islamist allah continues to manipulate and deceive, the Judeo-Christian G-d is waiting for his hand to be taken. This hand is out for forgiveness. It is also out as protection. I recommend it be grabbed and squeezed with all the might that Israel can muster. G-d will protect his just as he chasteneth those he loves. God is a good father. Ehud Olmert and his boys are only men.

Somehow I got off my initial topic but I just decided to write wherever my brain took me.

A Constant Reminder

The self entitled "palestinians" are a constant reminder of failure to the Arab-Islamist nations in the Middle East. Prior to the invasion of Arabs on little Israel in 1948 there was no such being as a "palestinian". After Israel was able to fight back and defeat the Arab-Islamist armies that failure was given a name and a face. It was the "Palestinian refugee". Every day since then the Arab-Islamists have had to see their failure printed in Newspapers and paraded on Television. The world has debated the failure of the Arab-Islamist armies for 59 years. Instead of debating Jordan, Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Iran, and the others they have focused on the "palestinian refugee". These people are nothing more than a focal point rather than the whole kit and kaboodle.

While the Arab-Islamists attempt to eradicate Israel they have to find a way to cover their failure and avoid responsibility. When that failure was located in Egypt and Jordan, it was chased out because of the daily reminder of their failure and the impotence of these governments to defeat a rag tag army of Jews. No nation that was involved in the attacks on Israel is willing to absorb these people into their societies. Even they realize what a cancer this would be.

Instead they are attempting to force Israel to deal with the Arab-Islamist failure. If in the process Israel can be wiped from the map, all the better.

"We emphatically tell Israel that ending the occupation of Arab and Palestinian lands, withdrawing from there and implementing legitimate international resolutions are the only way to realize just, permanent and comprehensive peace," said the staunch US ally who maintains cordial relations with Israel under a 1994 peace treaty.

This comes from Jordan's King Abdullah II. There is no such thing as "Palestinian" lands. Abdullah knows this better than anyone because it was his nation that took the lands designated for Arabs in the Balfour declaration as well as the UN accord in 1948 partitioning the region of Palestine. If any one country should be ceding land it is Jordan. As long as the rest of the Arab-Islamist world doesn't say anything, Jordan will remain in the good graces of the islamic majority. If the Arab-Islamists actually wanted to put the "palestinians" into their own land, they would force Jordan to hand it over. But because of some rule in Shari'a, it is the little group of Jews that must give more if not all.

As long as the Arab-Islamists refuse to acknowledge and act on the truth, their will be no peace in the region. As long as Western diplomats remain ignorant about the situation the problems will persist. The only people that can speak for Israel are the Israelis. The only people who can force the Israeli government to do what is right and true are the Israelis.

The "palestinian" is the Arab-Islamist failure. The "palestinian" is the result of Arab-Islamist lies. They are there for the entire world to see. The tiny nation of Israel carries all the power it needs to defeat it's enemies. Tragically it lacks the will. The Arab-Islamist will exploit this. They seem to be more willing to die to cover up a failure than the Israeli has to showcase a success.

Thank G-d for the Naval Academy

In the not so distant future the name Annapolis will become synonymous with futility and failure. It will be be found with names like Oslo, Dayton, and various other city names that have had the misfortune of hosting a self described peace process between the Israelis and the "palestinians". If it weren't for the existence of the Naval Academy, Annapolis would have no positive reference.

Lets look at the major roadblocks of peace between Israel and the "palestinians".
1. Israel wants to be recognized as a Jewish state.

Based on the history of this planet there should be no argument against this. Historically the Jews haven't been treated very well by their host countries. Why not provide them a place of their own. It would only make sense that this home be the actual location they consider home. Mahmoud Abbas cannot go through with this because he would lose all backing from his present enablers. Though this list of enablers is shrinking, he can't afford to lose anymore.

2. United Jerusalem

Anytime islamists have control of the holy sites, the Jews seem to get left out. Jerusalem is the heart of Israels identity. Islamists didn't give a hoot about Jerusalem until recent history. This concern on the part of mohammedans for Jerusalem is purely political and a power play. JERUSALEM IS ISRAEL.

3. Stop terror attacks

Mahmoud Abbas has no control over this whatsoever. Hamas will continue to agitate and attack Israeli's and other defined infidels every opportunity they get. Before the previous two even get mentioned, this is the major show stopper. Hamas will control the West Bank soon enough. When that happens, all the propping up of Abbas by the West will mean nothing and prove the western diplomats to be as ignorant as us average people already believe them to be. Maybe at this point Ehud Olmert will finally be out on his ear. I would hate to be either Mr. Olmert or Mr. Barak when they stand in front of the creator and have to answer why they were willing to hand G-d's temple over to the mohammedans.

4. Bash and Momo

Iran and Syria will never allow for the peaceful existence of Israel. They have sworn to wipe Israel from the maps and eradicate the nation from the planet. Yet the west still attempts to keep them involved. This will be the downfall of the west. Israel will pay the initial cost.

Despite the rhetoric, there is no equivalence to what is happening in the Israel -"palestinian" conflict that would put it on par with apartheid. Only an historical moron would claim so. Despite the sympathies of Ms. Rice, here experiences as a child in the segregated south has nothing to do with the situation the "palestinians" have put themselves in.

The Annapolis conference will lead nowhere but to more bloodshed and more war. Too bad politicians aren't forced to live like the rest of us. They, like actors in Hollywood, get to pretend they are smarter than they really are. They get to ignore reality and throw their farcical fantasies into action. It is the rest of us day-to-day- schmoes that have top face the consequences.

Will diplomats ever open their eyes?

"The US administration has the right to consider the Annapolis meeting a brilliant victory, but not for the Palestinian people ... only for Israel," said the front page editorial in the Tishrin daily.

"While the Bush administration and Israel may consider what happened and what could happen to destroy the Palestinian cause a victory, we consider it a defeat for a just and comprehensive peace," Tishrin said. That peace, it added, can only be achieved by
ending Israel's occupation of Palestinian territories.

Is there anyone left who is still ignorant and blind enough to think that Syria attended the Annapolis conference to distance itself from Iran? Go back and read a few of my posts about Syria's intention and you will find that they are as close to spot on as one can get.

Annapolis was a waste. All the self named islamic nations partook and still are whining about one Jewish nation. The Islamists are failures and murderers. It's time to quit treating them like civilized human beings who are concerned about the fellow man. They are nothing more than true followers of Mohammed whose ideology of oppression and death became outdated more than 500 years ago.

More of what's to come

Hamas on Thursday called on the UN to rescind the 1947 decision to partition Palestine into two states, one for Jews and one for Arabs.
The group said in a statement, released on the 60th anniversary of the UN vote, that "Palestine is Arab Islamic land, from the river to the sea, including Jerusalem... there is no room in it for the Jews."

This is nothing new. For years this kind of talk has been going on. Unfortunately most people choose to ignore it. Hamas, along with Hizbollah, Islamic Jihad, Al Aqsa Martyrs, Iran, and others have been calling for the eradication of Israel since it's inception. The main reason being that Israel is Jewish. If it were another islamic state there would be no problem. Until the hate filled islamic ideology is destroyed Israel will be facing continuous attacks. The islamists hope that the West is truly weak and withdraws any support of Israel so the entire islamic world can invade Israel.

Add in the fact that the Jews took a desert wasteland and made a flourishing nation in the midst of islamic failures, despotism, and economic failure. The islamists will never succeed as long as their ideology of anger and hatred reigns supreme. It doesn't appear that their allah is stronger than the Jewish G-d. However, just like any other insane person they continue to go back to the same empty trough. Murder, murder, and more murder.

For this war of civilizations to be won by the West it must admit who the enemy is, what their tactics are, and then attack accordingly. Until then, all of this , mamby-pamby talk of peace with evil will do nothing but create more evil.

Another warning ignored

Another clash between Fatah and Hamas in the West Bank. Add another player to the mix, Hizb al-Tahrir [Party of Liberation]. All of this in response to the Annapolis Conference and the attendance of Mahmoud Abbas.

A woman who passed by as the policemen were still firing into the air and beating demonstrators broke into tears. "Shame on you!" she barked at the stunned policemen, some of whom had masks on their faces. "What's this? Is this what Arabs are doing to each other? Allahu Akbar [God is great]! Where are the Muslims? Where is the world?"

The Muslims were right in front of her. Just what is the world supposed to do? The world has given money and food and given this woman special status a refugee. What more does she want?

Brandishing his rifle, one of the policemen tried to silence her by shoving away the journalists who had gathered around her. Undeterred, she continued to hurl abuse at the policeman and his friends, accusing them of being collaborators with Israel and the US.

Collaborators with Israel and the US. I just love that one. So who exactly is the rest of the world? This passes as intelligence in "palestinian" controlled areas.

What were these people protesting against and for?:

"I believe this is the end of the Oslo Authority because all papers are now on the table and there's nothing left to hide," he said. "They are talking very clearly now. They are accepting Israel and the resolutions that are against Islam.

Just what is against islam?:

Explaining his party's ideology, Ja'bari said: "We are a political party. Our struggle is purely political. We are known not only in Palestine, and we are not a Palestinian party. We in Palestine and other Islamic nations are not against peace. We are against giving our lands to the occupier. We call for peace. This land is a message for peace. But this political peace is not the will of the people because it gives the right to the occupier to have rule over the lands of Muslims.

Where are the lands of muslims located?:

"There is no way, according to Islamic teachings, to accept an occupier on the land. This is not only in Palestine. It's also in Afghanistan and Iraq. When we talk about occupied Palestine, we mean the land from the river to the sea, not only the West Bank and Gaza. There is no room for the state of Israel. When they move out of all of Palestine as a state, there can be peace."

This is exactly the ideology I have been railing against and warning about. This is the TRUTH. The islamists want Israel gone. They don't want one Jew or Christian or Buddhist left anywhere in their claimed lands unless they can be used as slaves. We are not at war with terrorists we are at war with islamists. Their ideology and the ideology of western civilization will never mesh. Politicians may live in denial but by this man's own admission, it is the World versus islam in a war of utter destruction and carnage. The islamists would want it no other way. They want to rule or die. This is what makes it so easy for them to send their children to blow themselves up and throw a party and be proud of it. They do not act or think in any fashion similar to us. We are in a true battle of and for civilization.

Inanity Abounds

'Vast majority of Israeli public will support painful concessions for peace,' prime minister tells Israeli reporters after White House meeting with Bush, Abbas. Adds: I was immensely proud to represent the state of Israel at Annapolis.

Could this be true? Is Israel willing to cede "painful concessions for peace"? Is peace worth a nations soul? I often wonder how Ehud Olmert was allowed to stay in power? I listen to the speeches from opposition parties then I watch as these same people backtrack when put into a position to put up or shut up. None of this makes any sense in the world of reality.

Of course the so-called catch to what Mr. Olmert stated is that the "palestinians" live up to their responsibilities accord to the US "Road Map to Peace." Based on history we know this to be nothing more than poppycock. Since when have the "palestinians" been able to live up to any requirement of them? Mahmouod Abbas lacks the authority and power to get anything done. His position is tenuous at best and only exists because the West as kept him there. He is a figure head and nothing more. Unfortunately my government and the government of Israel live in denial of this fact. Ignoring fact doesn't make it any less true.

As for the prospect of renewed negotiations with Syria, the prime minister said "I see willingness on our part for a change, and I would be very pleased to see it on their part as well."

Be prepared to watch Israel disappear piece by piece. Israel has every right to exist. It appears that it is now willing to live in fear rather than fight it. If it is true that the Israelis are ready to throw in the towel, which I seriously doubt, then I have wasted my breath arguing for her rights to live as one Jewish nation. Millions of others have done the same. There are many more that have died defending these very rights. All of their efforts and blood have been for nought. What a pathetic tragedy.

History of the "Palestinians"

David Meir-Levi has an excellent piece at Frontpagemag.com covering the history of the self-proclaimed "palestinians". It is everything I have ever read about the palestinians", summarized into a brief. Here are some snippets:

After he took over as leader of the PLO, [1] Arafat sent his adjutant, Abu Jihad (later the leader of the PLO’s military operations), to North Vietnam to study the strategy and tactics of guerilla warfare. Arafat was struck by Ho Chi Minh’s success with left-wing sympathizers in the United States and Europe. “Progressive” activists on American campuses, enthusiastically following the line of North Vietnamese operatives, had succeeded in reframing the Vietnam War from a Communist conquest of the South into a struggle for national liberation. An insight into this North Vietnamese PR campaign, which provided the key to the Communist victory and a lesson for PLO operatives, was offered by Ho’s chief strategist, General Giap: “Stop talking about annihilating Israel and instead turn your terror war into a struggle for human rights. Then you will have the American people eating out of your hand.”

The term Palestinian, ironically, was used during the British Mandate period (1922-1948) to identify the Jews of British Mandatory Palestine. The Arabs of the area were known as “Arabs”; and their own designation of the region was balad esh-Sham (the province of Damascus). While some Arab nationalist writers, and coffee-shop intellectuals in Cairo or Beirut, developed the concept of Arab nationalism in large part as a response to Zionism, the terms “Palestine” and “Palestinian” were used in their traditional sense as geographic designations, not as national identities.

Article 24 of the PLO’s original founding document, the PLO Covenant, states: “this Organization (the PLO) does not exercise any regional sovereignty over the West Bank in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, in the Gaza Strip or the Himmah area.” For Arafat before the Six-Day War, Palestine was Israel. It was not the West Bank or the Gaza Strip; because the West Bank and the Gaza Strip belonged to other Arab states, and the inhabitants of these areas were not numbered among the Palestinians whose “homeland” Arafat sought to “liberate.” The only "homeland" for the PLO in 1964 was the State of Israel. However, in response to the Six Day War, the PLO revised its Covenant on July 17, 1968, to remove the operative language of Article 24, thereby newly asserting a “Palestinian” claim of sovereignty to the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

Take the time to read it. It will be worth your while. To some it may come as no surprise. To others it will hopefully, at the very least, create some questions that will lead to the truth.
